First time here and the customer service was good, our waitress was very nice. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our... table and plates. Delicious food and drinks, dog friendly and awesome service what else can you ask for? We used to go to the Eastlake location... all the time but then they closed and we had not been to Oggis since. My husband and I came for lunch and we sat outside withour dog. I was delighted to find they still serve the tequila chicken pasta (so good!) Our waiter Ryan was very friendly andefficient, definitely a plus to have him as our server- he was very attentive and had really good suggestions of their menu.Definitely will come back! Read more

Their food service is simply pathetic. Very slow to come out and came out at different times. We had 12 people, I received my... dinner more than 15 minutes after the first meal was served. Also another guest got her sandwich about 20 minutes after thefirst meals were served. When I got my hamburger, it was very raw. I didn't complain as I figured it would take another 20minutes to get a properly cooked burger. We have liked Oggi's over the years but this experience was horrible. Used their website for food delivery. All items were incorrect or mishandled. Items left off or not delivered. Store says... there is nothing they can do. Charge 8 dollars for delivery and deliver a bag of edible trash. If this was the first terribleexperience with oggis I would just let it go, but this bad service has been experienced before. Wow disapointed for the first time, paid $17.23???? for a full salad when I got home this is what a full salad looks... like........ prices go up portions go down ???? I hope they fix this cause I don't like to cook but I can do way better thanthis for way cheaper.......... yea I better do it myself. Read more

My family and I came here on 5/15/22 for the first time and we had a great experience! We got the garlic knots and the cheese... type balls and they were delicious! My family also got the pizza which was amazing too! They gave us a little sundae for mysisters birthday and that was nice as well. Overall, I loved this place and I would definitely recommend it and come back! Read more
