Potential workers beware. The manager Paula and the owner Ali are absolute a********, I had a family member who worked here and... the way the manager treated them is unacceptable, and even after informing the owner of Paula's behavior the owner did nothing.Paula, I know you read these reviews. You are a power-tripping and petty woman, and I hope that you are removed from yourposition as you are unfit to manage anyone. I used to come to this Round Table Pizza restaurant many years ago with my family. Today I had a craving for Round Table Pizza... and decided to come here. The pizza was awesome! My husband and I were visiting a friend and found this location. We ordered the night before since we needed the pizza by 11:15... am. Order was done on time, customer service was excellent, and restrooms were clean, as was the restaurant. Our friend waspleased with the taste, and we all enjoyed the pizza, garlic twist, and Cesar salad. We will definitely stop by again when weare in the area! Read more
This place has delicious pizza, a self-pour tap wall and fun games. Unfortunately the dining area is consistently gross, dirty... with napkins and shakers empty while staff hang out and chat. Don't get me started on the restrooms. But I still go back becausethe pizza is delicious and I love hanging out in their cold dine in area and playing pinball while I drink my nitro calicreaming. This was our first visit to this location. We arrived a little before 7pm. The pizza was very good. It is located on the corner... of Mast and Magnolia, and the restaurant is easy to spot from Mast Blvd. There is plenty of parking and there is a wheelchairaccessible entrance. The inside looks to be recently renovated with modern features. There were quite a few workers present andthe cashier that greeted us was very friendly. There were a lot of distractions in the area where the menu was. There werepiles of cookies, multiple menus, special board, and a list of beer options. It was a lot to take in at once, so we had a hardtime deciding what we wanted. We settled on a small pizza and two sodas and our total was $25. When we ordered the pizza, wedidn't realize there were different crust options. We were disappointed when it came out a very thin crust. The King ArthurSupreme pizza was filled with toppings. There were so many toppings, it was hard to see the crust to separate the slices. Weappreciated that the vegetables were fresh and the meat was plentiful. Our pizza came out quickly. They offer a pay by theounce beer wall, with a great selection of beers. Sadly, the restaurant was very unkept and dirty. If we would have noticedthe conditions before ordering, we would not have stayed. The salad bar containers were mostly empty and debris littered thecounter. There were smudges all over the glass. The drink area was sticky and messy. The straws available were all unpackagedin an open container for people to grab in a very unsanitary way. The majority of tables in the dining room were dirty andunbussed. The entire time we sat there, none of the workers came into the dining room to clean up emptied tables or straightenup the drink and salad bar area. They were not very busy and the workers were standing around chatting with each other, soclearly had time to clean up. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Placed the order online was given a pickup time with 25 minutes. Arrived at the... location at specified time and was told they were still working on it. Inquired 15 minutes later and was told another couple ofminutes. 30 minutes go by and still no food. During all of this, of the 5 visible employees behind the counter, only 3 wereactively working on orders (at a slower than snail pace). The other two were wonder around in the back area talking to eachother and one was eating in plain view. Come to find out, the party in front of us had been waiting over an hour. When trying toget the attention of an employee a third time, I actually had to raise my voice in order to be even acknowledged. When I toldthem I wanted to cancel the order rather than be stonewalled any longer, they miraculously said the order was ready. Whenchecking the order, I found that one of the pizzas was not what was ordered and the other was not made as specified. When Itried to contact the restaurant about this, they did not answer.
