Wow best Rubio's location hands down. My California bowl was steaming when I got it, it was so fresh. The chicken was juicy and... hot, the staff is kind and the restaurant is very clean. The food at other locations can be disappointing, but here it is alwaysquality. I came here once before and a man loudly thanked the staff for having the best Rubio's in San Diego. He was correct. After 45+ Years...We Love Rubio's! But, after waiting 45 min. for a to go order, and having COLD Beans & a piece of Fish the... size of a FISH STICK (actually smaller) WE are very disappointed!!!
