I wanted to try the new chophouse burger ???? but I didn?t enjoy it at this particular spot. Staff were friendly but this... burger felt like it was cooked hrs ago or the meat was so dry from wherever they pulled it from? maybe another spot it would bebetter.. who knows. The cranberry limeade didn?t disappoint and it truly saved the day. Cheers! Read more

They literally were incapable of getting my order correct. This is the 2nd time in a row I've been there that they messed up my... order too. After I'd been there over half an hour, the supervisor refused to even speak with me about trying to make it right.All I wanted was a double cheeseburger with only cheese, lettuce, and tomato on it... Shouldn't have been that hard. The lasttime they tried to remake it I even handed the receipt back to them so they could see what it was supposed to be... And it wasstill wrong. And when my wife called they claimed they made it how it was on the receipt, but the receipt says it right, theyjust made it wrong... Again. How does a supervisor refuse to even speak to the customer at all in a situation like this??? Atleast corporate handled it well when I called and gave me coupons for a couple free things next time. Unfortunately to use themI'll have to drive 22 minutes each way to go to the next closest location, because after 2 experiences in a row of messed uporders, and their unbelievably bad customer service, no way am I ever going back to this location. Sonic is rare, so when I am in the area I will stop there. Food and service is always good. They have a lot of different things... to order and some pretty unique drink items that are welcome on a really hot day. Order, stay in the car and what could bebetter? Read more

My first time at a Sonic and simple curiosity took me there. After looking at the menu, I have to say that, without a doubt,... this fast food restaurant serves by far the most unhealthy food I've ever seen. I ordered the cheeseburger combo with onionrings. The meat was so salty, I couldn't finish it, but I did enjoy the fresh lettuce, tomato, and the onion pieces. The bun wasdoughy. The onion rings were overfried. The only perfect item was the unsweetened iced tea. I will never go to a Sonic againunless I'm looking for a heart attack. Read more

I feel for the kids who are working at this location. Signs are posted about being short staffed and asking customers to be... patient. These have been in place for about a year now and I've got to say, its because of poor ownership/ management, all ofthe other surrounding fast food restaurants are performing just fine, same challenges related to employment. I went todayafter waiting for about a year to see if the service/ speed of food had recovered and it appears its even worse than before. Went to a stall and pressed the red button, took about 5 min or so before someone came over the speaker. While trying to givemy order, the young lady taking the order appeared to struggle either hearing me or knowing how to log an order into themachine. It was getting frustrating having to repeat myself over and over again. I spoke very loud and clearly but she continuedto struggle which makes me feel it was either a training or competency thing (no knock on the person). Once my order was taken@ 1:23 PM, I waited, and waited (being patient as asked) and at 1:47 PM I pressed the red button so i can find out why my foodhadnt been delivered. Again, no answer waiting... At 1:52 pm another person came with our food and are food ticket beingassigned for delivery at 1:50 pm (red button still had no response yet). We waited about half an hour for 2 burgers, drinks andfries. I am sorry, this isn't acceptable from this type of establishment, its literally their job to be "fast". I had timewhile waiting for my food to look at others reviews and the same issues, long waits, poor service... Some had responses toprovide feedback to the Franchise Owner. If this person isn't looking at the reviews or the staff management isn't making thisperson aware then shame on them. It appears to me the franchise owner doesn't care about the customers or the staff. Glad I getto chose where I eat and I can honestly say, I will not be going back to this location again. I gave them 3 stars because sonic did try to make it right after i took a survey on my experience!!! But heres what happened ...... I Waited for over 20 mins for a large mozzarella stick and a small tator totts !! Plus it was all bad ... mozzarella sticks weremissing cheese in some and totts were half filled and mush.. Read more

Definitely not the brightest humans are employed here! Long waits and mistakes with my order! The food was alright? definitely... nothing special!! The strawberry slushy was by far the best and in all honesty, the only thing I would order again! Read more

I won?t get anything but drinks here anymore. The first time my chicken sandwich was all shriveled up and hard as a rock. I gave... it another chance and it took 20 mins for our food to come out. My husband went a different time and half the items were wrong.It sucks because Sonic used to be his favorite fast food place. Read more
