Has improved in service and efficiency over last 3 years.
The entire staff is SUPER sweet and helpful! I almost NEVER have my order messed up and they are all fast/efficient ????????????
Half of the time I come here I have a great experience. The workers are friendly and the drinks are how I ordered them. The... other half, though, is not as nice. The workers can be mean and short. The drinks will be completely wrong. Usually when thedrinks are wrong I don?t ask for a new one because I either don?t have time or I?ve already left (I always mobile order).Whenever I do ask them to make another one, it?s usually fixed. Except, of course, when they have new workers there. Forwhatever reason, this Starbucks is always getting new employees. These new employees never seem to look at the drinkcustomizations. TL;DR Whenever new employees are hired, service quality and drink quality drops. Read more
I went to the Starbucks in lakeside at 4:30 a.m. and they had a note in the window saying that they wouldn't be open until 5 30.... I didn't want to wait so I thought I'd come to this one in Santee in smart & final pkng lot. They were open. Service was great,drink was great. I wish that they had more outdoor seating. Read more
I love love love this Starbucks. I've been to other Starbucks in the area, and this location is always over and above better.... They have never got my drink wrong, which at other locations they have. They are always friendly, greeting me when I walk in.I'll definitely be back. Read more
Asked for a iced coffee unsweetened with a shot. I got a sweetened coffee. I asked for an unsweetened coffee with a shot. The... manager said "perfect" and grabbed my coffee to dump it. A kid then watered down my coffee and told me he added theshot...making the drive to a different starbucks from now on for easy orders without attitude. Read more
