WORST LOCATION!! RUDE STAFF!! When we pulled into the drive thru, we had to repeat the order about 5 times and they still messed... up. Both coffees tasted absolutely atrocious. The staff caught an immediate attitude when asked for our missing cake pop and themissing whip cream on one of the drinks. You?re better off going to another location, save your tastebuds?. Read more

Honestly kind of disappointed with my experience here the other day. I?ve only been to this Starbucks a few times, and have... never had an issue until now. We pulled up 20 minutes before they closed - totally enough time for them to make a coffee. I getcustomers coming in before close is annoying but we only wanted one thing. Anyway, I didn?t even get what I ordered. My coffeewas completely wrong, not even all the way full (more like 3/4 full), and the employees were just plain rude. I?ve worked theindustry for many years, and you should still provide the same customer service to those coming in at close to those coming inhours before. Will not be going here again. Read more
The staff members here are absolutely amazing. We went through the drive-thru, and the lady who helped us was very upbeat and... positive. I've been to this location several times now, and I have yet to have a bad experience. The service was also quick. I don't think I have had another location make my drinks as well as they do here.
