Baked potato with pulled pork was good but light on the pork for a $10 potato consisting of maybe a small ice cream scoop of... pork. Ribs were excellent though at the high end at $34 a rack. Billy Sims has nothing on, e.g. Rib Crib, but you will pay more. Read more
We had the ribs, loaded baked potato, corn on the cob, bbq beans, and green beans. Their bbq sauce is amazing, it reminds me of... my grandmother's ????!!! The food and the service were excellent! As far as barbecue goes it was okay, but maybe I'm not a good judge of barbecue. I just didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling from... the place. After reading all the reviews, I'm thinking maybe it's not just me. Maybe I overdid it giving it 4 stars. Read more
Stopped in for lunch today and was sadly disappointed. I frequent the location in Jenks and always leave happy but this location... is not getting any more of my business. My baked potato ( and the other 3 people who went with me) was undercooked and hard inplaces. They only give you 2 small cups of BBQ sauce with no sauce on the tables and make you pay EXTRA for BBQ sauce at a BBQrestaurant. UGH!!!!! Its not extra in Jenks! The corn on the cob was very old ( at noon) and was black/brown. Looked like it wasin that container for a few days. Very unimpressed! Read more
By far the worst experience at any billy Sims ever. I'm not sure why I should have to pay for extra bbq sauce at a BBQ... restaurant. There was none on the table so we just got the little cups but are only allowed 2 without extra charges. I asked forcorn as a side but it looked very burned and old, like almost black from sitting in the water too long. Never again will I cometo this billy Sims. Read more
The food goes downhill as the prices go up. The last 3 times I have eaten at this location the food has been subpar at best. On... this occasion, The hot links, Polish sausage and chicken breast were all super dry and even the pickles/peppers/onions were notfresh. Corn on the cob had no butter or any flavor and seemed old. Everything just didn't seem fresh. I don't believe I will begiving this location another chance. I did not rate lower because the workers are always polite and the baked beans were prettygood. I ordered 2 potatoes with chopped brisket and requested extra brisket on both as well. Gentleman asked if we wanted the captains... so we said sure. I got home and opened the boxes to find 4 potatoes with 4 cups of brisket. Pic in comments. Tasted good. I onlywas able to eat 1/4 of it before I was stuffed. Read more
