While waiting for our food I was standing by the counter, our hamburger (in the wrapper) fell on the ground. She picked it up... and put it back on the tray and the burger that fell on the floor was touching the rest of the food. I don't think it's sanitaryto do that. Read more
This is the only Braum?s that knows how to make gravy. Most of the locations pour out gray water that?s flavored like gravy.... This site makes it right. The rest of the food is always good. The only reason I don?t give 5 stars is because the ladies at thesecond window of the drive through, in the mornings, are really rude and crabby. Read more
I went to this location this evening. I was not greeted when I drove up until after a bit then all I got was very short and not... at all what I felt was appropriate. They had me pull up and wait for two jr burgers and chili. She handed it to me in a rushedmanner with not much of a greeting.. This drive tru trip took about 20 min. They were not busy and they did not put any cheesein my chili or give me crackers like they were suppose to. Sometimes you just need an ice cream cone this was the thought process as my grandson and I pulled up to the drive thru. We of... course immediately realized there would be a wait as there were 3 people in front of us. After deciding to stay rather thanhead to McDonald's, we placed our order 2 twisted yogurt waffle cones:medium. We then settled in for the wait. Only this timethe wait was not overly long. In fact considering the variety of products that go through the drive thru I was surprised at thespeed. We pulled to the window where we were told our total, given my change, given the cones and the window closed. This leftmy grandson and I very confused. Love Braum's ice cream ????. Also like their chicken strip dinner. Don't like it when it's crowded though. Especially kids after... a ball game. But I also love ?? that. Just a good place to go- I don't care who you are. Read more

We go there in the evening for the sundaes usually on the weekends. It's usually great. But about a month or so ago they started... some new limited time special sundaes. I forget the name but all four of them had cake underneath them. I tried some but wasn'treally into that. But I noticed after this started they started seriously getting stingy on the scoops for the normal sundaes. Imean its not just a little stingy, I added several pictures from one we got just last night. I understand they may be trained todo smaller ones so they fit on top of the cakes in those other sundaes. But guys good lord, this is terrible. It use the be thescoops were big enough all of the topping would nearly touch the roof of the container. Now its barely half. So it's like halfscoops. I didn't get pictures of my wife's but believe me when I say it was smaller then these pictures. The Sundaes aren'texactly cheap, it would be nice if they had some attention to this. Best ice cream. got our order quick . However I didn't like the way they bagged my items. I bought three bags of burgers each... bag was different. instead of three individual bags. plus my fries were all three spilled out in the bag. Read more
