My husband and I typically love Dominos in Sapulpa because they always get it right. My husband decided to stop in and get a... pasta because it?s one of the only places in town you can get a good pasta in a hurry! He asked the young lady to make surethere were no mushrooms 3 times and when he went back to the office to eat his food, low and behold, there were mushrooms. Hewasn?t too upset because he was able to pick them out, it was just frustrating because he told her multiple times to please makesure there are no mushrooms. Read more

The 2 ladies working there are the sweetest people in the world! They deserve a raise!
Never had a single problem with this place ever until today. Ordered the same thing I get every time, the same way as times... before. This time we got the pizza it was black and inedible. After contacting support, I finally get a call from Mikel sayingit's burnt because of the way I ordered it! I let him or her know it has never came burnt and inedible before. The tone of theperson on the phone trying to educate me on why my pizza is black instead of doing the right thing and fixing it, set me off. Sosick of uneducated pizza cooks trying to spin why my pizza is burnt and why it's not his fault. Hard as the cardboard it'sserved In. Please dominos pizza boy, save your excuse. I can only remember 1 time that Dominos has messed up on my order but you know I'm a loyal customer because after that one time... they have not messed up at all since then. Now if they make a mistake they don't hesitate to fix it they will fix it and theywill get it to ya and because of their awesome customer service I don't get pizza anywhere else But Dominos because everyexperience I have had they have always make my food correctly and they are always punctual and kind. Not the best experience again. This location consistently undercooks the pizzas. Very doughy.
