Placed an order at 1030, dasher was there then left due to waiting too long. Second dasher gets there and they said " order was... placed after 11 and we can't make it". This McDonald's has been and continues to be the worst fast food place in the state.Manager told me a few weeks back that the ice cream machine has been broken for 7 months and the service is always slow. Andthat's saying something cause the whataburger down the street takes 15 mins to make one order... ???? Read more

Drive thru was fast. Food was hot and fresh. Management changed recently and it?s so much better now. That Jeff manager is the... friendliest guy I?ve met and there?s another worker Anyse (?) that was amazing and took care of me and my friend so we?ll. Keepup the great work! Read more

The service was amazing. I just found out they have an indoor play area. So I brought my 1 year old son around 6ish to burn some... energy before bed. I brought him in and we immediately went to the play area and I made an online order through the app on myphone. The place was pretty slow inside at least, I guess because it was a Sunday evening. So, without even selecting the tableservice option ( I thought I'd just listen for my number), they still brought our order to a table near us, as we were playing.We continued to eat and play for well over an hour after that. So then I was going to change him before we left. So I get hisnew diaper and go to the restroom and find some liquid sitting in the changing table. I went to notify the staff that it wasthere, and clarify we didn't do it lol Then they told me they were aware it was a leak in the ceiling and they were in theprocess of getting someone to come fix it. Then see the new diaper and wipes in my hand and immediately volunteer to clear outthe men's room and clean the changing table in there for us to use without me asking, or really even expecting a solution rightthen and there. So not only do they have changing tables in BOTH bathrooms, the guy working tonight that did all that is arockstar. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a McDonald's before. Read more

Hey owner or manager could you please fix your drive through speaker? I don't believe the person that chose to work for you has... that power but hopefully it would make their job easier so they do not have to be so rude. No you did not get my business. Read more

As with a lot of McDonald's this is very busy, the wait staff is not well trained in their duties I don't blame it on the wait... staff I blame it on management not being able to keep up and put people in places where they will succeed. The staff overall wasgreat however management seems to be failing them not putting them in rolls that they're good at overall not really a good placeto go during a lunch hour Rush or an evening meal Rush. Was in drive up and having trouble with app. Was trying to place two orders and told the employee this. She took the first one... and said I could give app # at window. OK. Started to place second order and she refused to take and sent me to the window. Finally got things ordered only to have it incorrect. This happens more often than not. I dislike coming here because of staffbut enjoy the food. Read more

Took almost twenty minutes to get my food from the time I entered the store and there was only one person in line. They were... highly disorganized and arguing amongst themselves. The dining room was half-closed and what was available was very dirty andnasty. The food, when it finally did arrive, wasn't bad, but I have definitely had much better experiences at McDonald's before.The frappe I ordered wasn't even blended well. The trash cans were all overflowing, and there was food and trash on the floorand on every available table. Whoever was working as the expediter was extremely unorganized, and was in fact arguing with herco-workers most of the time I was there. It was very evident that there was either no manager on duty or one that plain didn'tcare. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Read more
