Worst. Dinner. Ever. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a very simple order, and after the ridiculous wait, my order was wrong.... Not just one item missing, like at best, 20% correct order. Not only was my order completely wrong, there were 7, employeesSEVEN, outside the drivethru line all smoking. Disgusting, no wonder the order took so long, all the employees were outsidesmoking. Waitress informed me that they have not been able to get turkey. That was on the selection I ordered, she offered me my choice... of a substitute. I was at Rib Crib, the choice to me was obvious. She brought me two extra ribs. I tipped her 25%. Read more

The waitstaff at this restaurant are truly wonderful and this is probably one of the two nicest places to dine in Sapulpa. The... issue for 2022 and forward is it's so easy to push a button and drive up to grab the food that I don't go to the restaurantanymore. I ordered a family pack with extra ribs had in my hands 15 minutes later which amounted to three meals. It would havebeen 5 stars but the BBQ sauce they provided was red corn syrup with smoke favor and went straight to the trash. Read more
