So, we waited 8 minutes at the speaker to give our order. Which it appeared there wasn't a vehicle in front of us. While we were... giving our order the employee kept talking to somebody else and we had to constantly correct him. Then once we pulled around thebuilding, there was 1 vehicle at the window. 27 minutes later we got to pull forward. Our 2 year old and our 7 month old washysterical by the time we got the food, so we didn't even check to make sure it was correct. We ordered the $1 burritos, like 8of them, and the cinnamon chips. I really like Bueno, but this branch has consistently been THE worst branch I have visited. EVERY single time we have ordered... from there, either half of our order is missing ,or not right at all not to mention when we go through the drive-through it?snot uncommon for it to take 20 minutes. I have boycotted this taco Bueno for the time being until either new management or atornado fixes the issue. Poor excuse for a ?fast food? restaurant entirely. Not sure what all issues are keeping this bueno fromactually operating, but be sure to double check your order if you decide to gamble on this place. Read more
Extremely slow drive through. No reason to wait this long for mediocre fast food (I can get through Del taco faster and that... saying something). Only stopped because it was on my way somewhere. 2 cars in front of me and it?s been over 10min so far sinceI ordered. Outside in the drive through area there?s a lovely waterfall of A/C condensation that has not only stained &damaged the wall, But also spits water out hard enough that it gets all over you and your car. When I did get my food, it wasbarely warm. Having previously been an area manager for well respected QSC restaurant chain, I?m not confide that this place isup to standards. Usually have stopped here with the idea that I would get something quick. This is not the case at this location. I'll still go... back for the big box meals because they are cheap and can feed a small group. That being said. Do not go here if your justtrying to save time. It is not fast, rarely do they have all the menu items and staff seems friendly but unhappy. Read more
A lot of poor reviews from extremely picky folks. I eat at different taco ???? bueno?s in Oklahoma and this one was just as good... as the others. The manager also walked out and asked us how everything was and thanked us coming in ???????? Read more
I?ll be kind and give them stars. It was the kind of fast food experience I regret. The parking lot and flowerbeds are unkept.... Litter is expected but the amount I saw seems to confirm that this location is lacking. This should have reminded me why westopped eating at this location. The tacos we ordered were paltry. Barely any meat and cheese. The beans in the burritos havechunks of beans that are hard and tasted burnt. What has become of this restaurant that used to be so delicious?! We are now inline at another restaurant as our entire meal has been thrown away. I have stopped calling management at any restaurant. It doesnot fix the issue and it?s too late once we are back on the highway. When you leave and your order is wrong it is quite a hassleto get back in line to have it fixed. I knew better but again, I gave in to my children?s pleas for tacos. These are more liketacNOS! I implore the management to look at each food item in production and deem whether you would consume it yourself. I wastaking this food home to feed my family and it was so pitiful I tossed it. In addition, it would be wonderful if you didn?tshove an entire order into a small plastic sack. It just cheapens the experience. This location looks closed when you drive by.Even with the neon ?open? sign, I question whether it is indeed open. It looks so dark inside. Recently gave this place another chance hoping they had made some changes to their quality of service. I believe they have and... the food was good. Food could have been a bit warmer but tasted good and arrived quickly. Read more
