Ordered food from here had it delivered to work paid 4$ tip and a 9$ delivery fee all for my food to arrive missing 3 drinks... paid extra for orange juices and a fountain and didn?t receive none the manager said they forgot but they had no way to get themto me. They cook your food as you order so it is always fresh. This also makes the drive-thru wait time long, worth the wait.
Ordered a honey biscuit and has brown sticks. 3-6 min wait. Drive to the store and they come out and tell me they are out of... biscuits?.okay, Saturday morning kinda strange, and I just settle on a regular bun. Had to wait for someone to come to the counter to take our order. I ordered a shake and was told the machine was old and about... caught on fire so they had to unplug it?no more shakes per Miss Cindy. Then when she brought our food I asked for salt and shesaid they were out, none in the building?even though they were salting the fries. If you want a great tasting berger! This is the place to go There always made fresh to the way you want it and another plus is... they are open 24hrs a day So if you feel like you want a berger for breakfast or a midnight snack the friendly staff will gladlymake it for you! Everyone knows Whataburger is the slowest burger place, you just don?t go there if you?re in a hurry. Last night we ordered... online via the app, drove 10 miles to the restaurant, still waited another 16min after arrival for our food. Multiple issueswith the order accuracy. I reached out to the customer service team via the Whataburger app let them know my concerns, theyemailed me back this morning with an offer to make it right which I appreciate. So 3 stars for now, 4 if they can get my orderright and MAYBE get a napkin or two, if they can figure out how to speed things up they?ll get 5 stars from me for sure. Read more
Ordered a hamburger with just mustard and onions only. No cheese. Took it back inside because the put cheese on it. One of the... cooks tried to argue that she fixed it herself and she didn't put cheese on it. I told her look at it it's right here. Shewouldn't even look at it. Never apologized for making a mistake. Others were very friendly and caring. Read more
Food is always delicious, hot and fresh! Service time is slow so be prepared to wait if there's a line. Worth it though!
