A little frustrated. Store and employees are great. Domino's give 3 dollar coupons then make it hard to redeem. Domino's... give 7.99 price for "any" 3 topping then charge 15 for 3 toppings. Twice the advertised price. Feel a little cheated. Read more
I usually always order from Domino?s in Saraland and usually have a great experience with them but tonight I was disappointed... with them. I opened what was supposed to be buffalo boneless wings and they looked old, dry, and burnt?just completely not whatI ordered. I placed an online order at 11 PM on 03/24/22 and I received a call from the store that they cancelled my order due to closing... early. I paid for the order in full including tip that nearly $50 total and I was informed that my payment wouldn't be refundedfor 3 to 5 business days. It literally took a matter of second to take my payment but I have to wait days for my payment to bereturned. Why didn't the website acknowledge that the location was closed early? There should be some way the store stops onlineorder from being processed so this doesn't happen in the future!!! Read more
I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My food is always ready, fresh, hot and just as I ordered... it! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling employees. Have never had a negative encounter or anything to complain about!This is my location of choice not only because of the above information but also that it's less than 3 miles from home. Had my daughter order and pick up a Taco Pizza thin crust, absolutely the worst tasting pizza ever. No taco flavor, just... vegetables thrown on a pizza crust with cheese melted on top. The crust was burnt. Could not place the order online because itwas over $50, and the restaurant was not accepting anything over a $20 and this order was over $50. Would not recommend. Read more
Just got a pizza with double cheese and other ingredients. The taste was okay but it was very lacking in cheese. I expected... cheese to be pulling apart as I picked up a piece. Since the pizza. Was delivered cold and had minimal cheese I wasdisappointed. This was not my idea of "double cheese". At $23 I expected more. Read more
7/28/22*** update Nothing has changed, will not deliver less than 3 milee away but will drive 5 miles to the next little town... to deliver.***Disappointed Domino's has changed the delivery area. We are 2.7 miles away from this location. Picking up is notalways an option. Staff was amazing impressed with what great team working tonight! Pizza needed to cook a little longer butotherwise wasn't terrible. Read more
