Do not go to harts chicken in saraland. They are rude and slow. I sat at the intercom for 15min no answer. Drove up to the... window and the lady looked frowned up and rolled her eyes and walked away. Then got all the way home and they didn't put mybeans or rolls in the bag. Food was good , it's was better when I was a kid. But the chicken tenders and seafood plate is unmatched.
I have given this place a try numerous times. I understand there can be a wait due to staffing. But prices ring up different... than posted and order incorrect. My recent visit I didn't expect to long of a wait as all I ordered was a 1 piece kids meal.Well it took too long. I was asking for refund when Manager stated it was ready. Again I do understand it may take a little longbut that was unacceptable. I love the food here but the pricing and service can sometimes outweigh. Read more
The chicken and food is great but its almost not worth the effort. Customer service is horrible and waiting 45 minutes to a hour... for a 2 person order is just not fun. That's my the only reason for a 2 star rating. Read more
I've literally waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes at 7:20 on a Wednesday. They told the person in front of me to... please hold. Served two orders and still haven't spoken again. I don't even know how the food is because the service is soterrible. Read more
