Arrived around 6 on a Sunday. Stood at front for 5 minutes before seeing anyone to seat me. Sat at bar. Morgan was the... bartender. She did a great job with being overwhelmed with no support staff. I ordered 10 wings and sweet potato fries. Wingscame out swimming in sauce and fries came out burnt. Morgan got me new fries as soon as she saw the fries. I noticed multipletables with dirty plates that didn't get cleaned in over an hour. The manager seemed to be more interested in her phone andwalking around speaking with servers and kitchen staff than helping them bus tables and helping with getting food out. Wasimpressed with Morgan, she never let you see she was slammed. Not impressed with the rest of the staff and noticed the outsideparking lot and grass area had a lot of trash. Waited 15 minutes to be seated and half the restaurant was empty ???? got seated waited another 5 before anyone came to the... table. Then when she did she was wonderful! But let me tell you the manager was rude and didn't care what we had to say cause wewaited almost 45 minutes for our food. The manager gave every excuse for why it took so long but the waitress had already saidthe kitchen workers hadn't cooked our food when it was put back there. First time at this place and this will be my last time!Plus the burgers was dry and the pow pow shrimp was fried so hard we had to peel the crust off to eat them! Read more

We always sit at the bar or bar area. It?s a toss up but Kaitlyn & Brooke are the most attentive and accommodating bartenders.... We like to watch college football and they make sure we see all the games and keep us supplied with food and drinks. We stopped by Saturday around 5:30 pm. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot. We had 4 people in our party. We... were greeted by a young redheaded kid who said they just seated two large parties. When pressed further he said he was going towait for both of the parties to order first then they'd get our order. Our wait time would be 40 minutes! What in the world? Weweren't seated and the restaurant was practically empty! We left. As someone who's owned and worked in restaurants and bars thiswas an absolutely ridiculous thing to say. I mean really! Did he really think we'd sit there for 40 minutes? Good lord! Poorkid is clearly incompetent. I didn't beat him up but the owners need to properly train their people. What a shame! Don't sayit's the pandemic or being short staffed. I wonder how many other people are turned away. This place won't make it long if thisis how they operate. Read more

I've been several times the food is either over cooked or under cooked. There is no consistency!! Happy hour has great prices... but if your not a regular you get overlooked for sure. Funny enough the employees and customers have nothing good to say aboutthe manager. I do believe if they had a different manager that was more involved with the restaurant it would be alot better!! 1st indication there was an issue with who was taking our order. Kayla was our server. She said someone else was supposed to be... but she had to take our order so it could be done. She brought drinks but then had to find something to take the order. 2 kidsand myself had mac n cheese, patty melt and a cheeseburger. 2 mug shots. Granddaughter said the vanilla had a bad aftertaste. Grandsons patty melt & my burger were both completely wrong. Had to take my grandsons back to the kitchen myself. After we goteverything finished, I asked for a box and the ticket. She asked if I wanted to see the ticket. Told her yes. She brought itback. Paid the bill. Never was given a box. Wouldn't have given one star but couldn't give no stars. They were not busy at all.There were 5 tables in the entire place being used. Read more

This was our first time trying Mugshots. I don't remember what my wife had but she said it was just ok. But mine? OMG! I... told my wife that was probably the best burger I've purchased at a small (basically) quick food stop. I had the breakfastburger and I ordered chili on the side. I put a couple spoons of the chili on my burger. I had mashed potatoes and gravy onthe side. The bread for the burger àppeared to be a sweet bread that was delicious! I only ate half the burger at dinner andhad the 2nd half the next day. It was just as good reheated! I will definitely eat here again!!
