I called and order then came thru drive up to pick up my order. It was not ready so they ask me to pull forward and they would... bring it out in 4 min. Well 10 min later I pulled back up to the window and they had stuck it in the oven and forgot about me Iguess. I got my order which was chicken alfredo dish with breadsticks. Ordered online around 5:15pm. Went to pick up the order at 5:50pm as instructed. Got there and nothing was ready. There were... pizza boxes everywhere and people had been waiting for hours. 11.99 dinner box cost $27 with all their hidden fees. Lost my business for good. Try $16.99 just be honest. Instead they SCREW... you over and lie to you pretty much, they charge you for everything in the ?dinner box? then discount it back $10 and it stilldoesn?t match $11.99 that?s false advertising! I would give a zero star if possible. Ordered food at 6:01pm and 7:30 called to see what was going on and they said they called... a man from mobile that was in Georgia to tell him delivery was delayed and he said he didn?t order pizza so they cancelled theorder. Never got an email or notified in the app it was canceled. Said my food was ?in the oven? for an hour. Finally called andthe lady just kept calling me ?Hun? And saying she didn?t know anything about the app. Will not be ordering from this locationagain. I understand they may be overwhelmed or short handed, but don?t know how you call someone that says they were in adifferent state when I have a saraland address and just cancel the order!! Read more
Called Saraland store on my way home from some shopping, I was on Airport Blvd. The lady who took my order and told me it would... be ready in 15 minutes, to come to the drive thru window. I arrived and my pizzas were ready, just as I was told. The onlydownfall was the wait at the window, but overall a great experience. Pizzas were very good, and not greasy. Obviously the pizza is good but keeping track of inventory is terrible at this store! Know what you have before you sell it.
