Spent $91.00 for 7 people to eat order was messed up . Took over an hour to get my order and had hardly any meat on anything my... 7 layer burrito had th flour shells a little meat and sour cream. I will never order from taco bell again! Read more

I'm not typically picky enough about my experiences with fast food restaurants to leave a review but I have a genuine thing to... put here. Whatever little girl was at the window training or whatever in the drive thru around 7:03 tonight literally spoke 0words to me, actively refused to speak to me it seems. I've worked customer service for 10 years, probably even started aroundher age, never have I done that to a customer. I just hope someone sees this and trains her to be better than whatever it was Igot tonight. Foods was good though, I know I had a biggish order on a seemingly busy kind of night so thanks to the kitchen. Read more

For Mexican American food it's great!!! Now if you live by the border you have had genuine Mexican food and I'm sorry toco bell... you have a bit to learn but the food is good for the money and sticks to your ribs ! Read more

I purchased a meal from this location that was not acceptable. After drinking out of my sweet tea I found this substance... floating in my cup. I talked to someone in reference to this visit. He assured me I would be refunded. I went back for my refundand the store manager had no knowledge of the refund. I told her I would come back for my refund when she spoke with thegentleman I spoke with. Well to this day nothing. I'm fine with losing the $14. That's the last penny of my money that Taco Bellwill receive. A word of advice: Take care of your customers and they will come back. Read more

Terrible! I want corporate to contact me immediately!!! I called the store about a completely wrong order and the ghetto little... smart mouth that answered the phone hung up within 5 words of the conversation and now won?t answer. Terrible customerservice!!!!!!!! I want a refund and to speak to the regional manager ASAP. This is unacceptable! Picture is just 1 issue andguess What, it?s COLD! Also added a photo showing the 21 second conversation and how they won?t answer since the girl hung up onme. UPDATE: GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE LAST NIGHT, COMPLETELY ROBBED AGAIN BY THIS LOCATION!!! One star is too generous. I wish I would have sought the reviews before visiting this HORRIBLE place. I am a calm and humble... person and I am usually able to mitigate unpleasant situations. Though this poor Taco Bell experience was beyond me. I waitedfor 25 minutes and paid $10 for a few pieces of chicken, a remnant of cubed tomato and confetti lettuce thrown on like outgoingtrash. I was overcharged (paying more for less food).The cashier was nice , though the manager, is a poor leader. I tried toexplain the issue with the manager, he rendered piercing eyes of resentment and walked off. It is evident why the service ispoor at this location, poor management. This is my first and last visit here. Please do NOT waste your time, energy or moneyhere. There are other restaurants in Saraland that deserve your service more than this place. Read more
