Friggin awesome place to stop for beer and a bite to eat. First, the beer is very good. I tried several and enjoyed almost all.... But then I ordered some food and was blown away with the quality. Killer comfort food made fresh. Hand battered chicken tenderscooked to perfection, check. Mac and cheese to make your knees weak, check. In the warm months they have a roll up "garage"door that expands the dining room out into a patio as well as a rooftop patio (weather permitting). Enjoyed the visit here for lunch. Place was a tad short staffed and the wait was a little long for food but the waitress was.... Upfront about that before we even sat down. Beer was very good.. enjoyed my IPAs and the wings were good too. I wouldnt rankthe wings awesome but they were very good.. Atmosphere was very unique... garage with abundant wall decor. If I was a localand not just passing through it would be the type of pub/tavern I would call home. Read more

When for lunch. Had fries, mac and cheese, and a couple wings. Everything was delicious. Had a couple beers all of those were... really good and all made in house. The wing sauces are all homemade and were really good. I would recommend this place any day. Read more

We first tried the brewery when they first opened and the beer wasn?t that good. It took some time but the beer is excellent... now. The Leaning Pine IPA is very good. I had three different beers and tried a fourth, and they were all good, and it is safe to say some were better than good! The... pretzels with the honey mustard horseradish was also a good pairing. Sadly that was the only food we had, because we had eatenlunch earlier, but I would highly recommend a visit, and it does not seem like you could go wrong with any of the beer choices! Read more

Went with four kids under 10 - was perfectly fine. Nice 'garage bar' type of feel with good music and good vibe. We will come... back, but order something different. Pizza (cheese was really good) and boneless wings were great. Bone in wings were largeand tender - we would try a different sauce next time (we got the Cajun). Great beer selection with a menu that has a build your own pizza option, burgers, salads and wings too. These folks know how to... make things simple and easy. Good quality menu and a beer selection that will please any group. Conveniently located and withinwalking distance of Gauthier's Saranac Lake Inn. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we're very accomodating despite usturning up as the kitchen was closing. Expect to pay around $14/15 for a pizza and $4 for a beer. Update: we went back a secondtime and had the the boneless chicken with the Gilly + Car Wash sauces which were both great, the Mac n cheese and the burgerfor mains which were both excellent.
