I went to the drive-thru this morning and what an experience that was. I pull up and ordered a large hazelnut coffee with double... cream and double sugar. The individual on the other end asked did you say eight cream and ate sugar? I don't really think doublecream and double sugar sounds like eight cream and eight sugar. But I was courteous just the same. I told the individual Ineeded some donuts. I ordered two blueberry cake and two Boston cream and said that was it. The response I get is okay is thatit? I almost said something but I kept my mouth shut. I get up to the window and somehow miraculously there's no coffee ready.Are you operating a business with one coffee pot or are your people just not paying attention. I had to sit there for well over5 minutes waiting for my coffee. I get down the road, take my first sip and what did I get, black coffee with creamer and nosugar. That will be my last trip to this Dunkin' donuts. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. A very rude assistant manager that speaks to employees as if they are nothing. A long wait... time for a wrong order almost every time or drinks that taste like chemicals they would clean a machine with. Its very clear asto why they can not keep any employees! Read more
some staff are very kind and accommodating, while others are rude, short with you and act like you are bothering them while... getting your food. Saranac lake dunkin has used the excuse that people are in training for the last 4 or 5 months now. i?veseen the same staff there for months. if you want to waste your money on food not cooked, not receiving what you ordered and notgetting the correct drink come here. I have worked here in the past, and quit because of the toxic work environment frommanagement. Something owners maybe need to look into. with that being said, I will no longer give my hard earned money todunkin in saranac lake. Read more
Every time I get an iced tea here it?s literal WATER. How hard is it to brew fresh iced tea when it gets to the bottom instead... of serving someone flavorless iced tea and making them pay money for it? Today I asked for granulated sugar in my iced tea andstill somehow received liquid sugar. On top of that I received no ice in my ICED tea? When I went inside to have it remade thestaff was very rude and everyone was staring at me, seemingly confused by what I was asking for. Read more
Can?t even make a simple drink. Every time I got there ESPECIALLY the past month everything is wrong. Maybe if staff was... actually doing their job instead of swearing at each other while their head set is still on they?d listen properly. People getfired for having ?attitude? here but at least they made my things correctly. $15.50 an hour? To not get anything right and to bemessing around on the job. Read more
This place has given me unpredictable experiences. They have messed up my order at the expense of losing a drink. It was... understaffed for the longest time but I think it has been resolved recently. When there's a big line the food workers rush, makecareless mistakes and have undercooked my food. There has been one time a food service worker did chase me out forgetting anextra food item. Overall it's a great breakfast to brunch experience. Read more
I fully believe this is the best dunkin on the entire planet! I?m not sure what all these negative reviews are about but i?ve... never had a bad coffee or bad experience with an employee here! Sign says they are understaffed but they moved quickly. Visited a couple times while in the area and everyone we encountered was... very pleasant. Typical Dunkin food. Read more
