Used to love the chicken and bacon ranch, but can't stand by the chicken being used now.
I was in Subway the other day and I have to tell you the staff is amazing. They had the most rude customer I have ever seen and... the staff handled it so well. This customer even started being rude to another customer when told that she was being extremelyrude. I have worked in restaurants for over 18 years and the staff at Saranac Lake Subway handled it much much better then Iever would have!!!! They are always friendly and always helpful and my food is always perfect!!! Read more
Only one person makes the subs while 3 others watch them. No one jumps in to help when the line is long then when you have been... there forever they say oh sorry we have to do our mobile orders first before. This subway is inside a mobile gas station. It can be a little but if a wait as they sometimes only have one person making food.... This can cause the customer service to lack as well. Also there isn't anywhere to sit and eat your food, so be prepared to eatin your car, definitely not a plus in my book. Read more
Very disappointed that I ordered a cookie platter and was quoted a price and when I when to pick it up the price had changed... over night and they didn't hold up the main price they gave me. I thought it was wrong. Read more
