Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Run by kids with nobody minding the store. I have made more wasted trips to get plain... old chocolate chip in either prepack or handpack and wasted my time. Yet again they fail. Two years ago I tried to get a banana split here. Yes, they had no bananas. Even though there are at... least two banana ice cream items on their menu. I ordered anyway without bananas. But the ice cream was stale and freezerburned. Tonight I tried again. Again no bananas. And also no hot fudge. Girl serving didn?t care one bit about things. Terrible customer service, terrible ice cream, terrible stocking. This time I just left and got what I needed at Publix. By oneget one ice cream there so it turned out all right for me in the end.
