Went to get ice cream. All of the tubs in the case were covered. When I inquired about the ice cream, the girl opened the case... and lifted a few of the covers. Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Run by kids with nobody minding the store. I have made more wasted trips to get plain... old chocolate chip in either prepack or handpack and wasted my time. They say they don't have it or don't have lids ortruthfully....they just don't care. I wonder how much business this store is losing due to nobody paying attention. Read more
Yet again they fail. Two years ago I tried to get a banana split here. Yes, they had no bananas. Even though there are at... least two banana ice cream items on their menu. I ordered anyway without bananas. But the ice cream was stale and freezerburned. Tonight I tried again. Again no bananas. And also no hot fudge. Girl serving didn?t care one bit about things. Terrible customer service, terrible ice cream, terrible stocking. This time I just left and got what I needed at Publix. By oneget one ice cream there so it turned out all right for me in the end. We visited on a Sunday evening. They had 10 non interesting flavors to choose from, three of which the containers were empty.... Other than a fat free yogurt, there were no sugar free options. The place looked like it was raided. I left without buyinganything. Read more
Let me preface this review by saying I LOVE Baskin Robbins ice cream, but the customer service at this location is lacking in... every way. I called this location (which is a 40 min drive round trip for me) to find a very specific flavor for my mother. Sheused to get Baseball Nut with my grandfather before he died, so I wanted to call and ask if they had any available so I couldgift it to her in a pint. When I called and asked about if they had the flavor, the representative said, ?We?re slammed rightnow, I don?t really have time to talk.? This is completely unacceptable considering I would have been happy to hold or call backat a less busy time. This location didn?t have Baseball Nut anyway, otherwise I would have been hesitant to give them mybusiness if the flavor wasn?t so important to my mom! Read more
I took my 2 year old son here to get ice cream after his haircut and the person helping me did not even know how to make a kids... cup of ice cream. The employee also referred to me as ?boss lady?. Then they said they didn?t have a sundae even though it wason their menu and the employees didn?t know how to make one. We left to go somewhere else. I am not one to complain as I work incustomer service myself but they have terrible service and employees. Read more
We had a cozy and good experience at this location. It is close to the Sarasota airport, which is very convenient to stop in for... a donut, coffee and/ or ice cream. They have a drive-through available. They have an adorable cake shaped as a turkey forThanksgiving???? too cute!! Read more
