Tiny inside dining area (4 tables) but more available outside. We both enjoyed our food. I ordered fried grouper bites and a... small salad. Boyh were much larger portions than I anticipated! Enjoyed a delicious meal with my husband before leaving Sarasota for home! I devoured a Gator Po?Boy while my husband enjoyed a... fresh, tasty and beautifully plated piece of hogfish! I am sure he will enjoy his slice of key lime pie once he eats it at home!The service was great!! Sarasota is filled with good people and our servers were no exception!! I have stopped at this place to have a breakfast right when it was open. The food was okay, the sandwich was a decent size, but... their soup cup size is comparable to espresso cup. I mean it was really really small. So if you in the mood for a soup I wouldsuggest to go for their bowl. Read more
Visited 07/06/22 We were told by family to check this place out after it was a family favorite for years but was not good the... last time they went. Sadly, it was not good at all for my husband & I. We really wanted it to be! It smelled REALLY fishy whenwe first got in( we?ve always been told fish shouldn?t smell ?fishy?). Our food was not good, my husband?s food was gritty, myfish was dry & our hush puppies were burnt (Yes we sent back our food). The servers were nice but we won?t be back. I hope theyreturn back to how good they were & that this trip will just be a fluke! Will gladly delete when that happens! Read more
