Food is the same as usual, but good still. Used the drive thru. 1 st employee we encountered was great, took our order and... sent us to the next person who was also nice, fast and moved us along quickly after paying. When it came time to pick up ourfood, the girl running back and forth to each car came to ask us our name and ran back to the man expediting the food from thekitchen to the window. She proceeded to go to about 4 cars behind our and bring everyone of them their food first while leavingus sit there. She never did bring it. We finally got to the last point of the drive thru where the man asked my name, I toldhim, and he picked our food right up and handed it to us. It had been sitting there the entire time. Honestly this will be my very last experience w chick fil a in general. There food is severely lacking. Which usually didn?t... deter me bc my family likes it and the service has always been good. However, the last few times the service had been horrible.It is a high volume store and I get that but it doesn?t give them the right to be rude and nasty. From the person who took myorder, the person who took my payment and the person who gave me my food all seemed to be very annoyed and unhappy. When Ifinally pulled up to get the food, they gave me the wrong order. I told them it was not mine and the person snatched it backaggressively then proceeded to tell. Me I?d have to wait for my order, which I shouldn?t have but I did. Once I finally receivedmy order I asked for some sauce which seems to annoy the person as well. Then when we pulled over to the Walmart parking lot toeat, the food was cold. Just such an off putting experience for a place people only started going to get a good experience. I am quit disappointed in the leadership team,I went in for breakfast this morning & there was a new team Member on front... counter very polite and clearly new doing his best to keep the line moving! The leadership team kept on pulling him aside fromthe counter to tell him to do a million things while there was a line. The team did look understaffed but still unfair tosomeone very new as he looked stress to make sure orders were right! As for our food, we got a 10 count mini and hash brownsthat were not the best! Spicy chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh! Very small location. Not much parking space.
Inside order for carryout. 2ry don't you give drinks to customers immediately after payment? The beverages can give us... something while waiting for the food. Read more
