My brother wanted Chipotle tonite so we decided to stop at the 5354 Fruitville Road location in Sarasota, Florida. As we both... walked in and looked around we noticed right away there was not a clean table in the restaurant. Every single table had somesort of food debris or liquid on the table. We were about 15th in line and were waiting patiently. The line was moving slowlywhich did not bother us. The couple in front of us decided they did not want to wait and left the restaurant. We moved up 2places and about a minute later the next couple in front of us left..tired of waiting. i have not been to a chipotle in about2 years and the last time i was in one they had 8 to 10 people behind the counter..not anymore.. you will find 4 people behindthe counter now running the show. So, between taking orders from the people standing in line they would do a few phone ordersand really slow down the production. Not a napkin could be found, no utensils and out of ice. Most of the overflow ice hadfallen to the floor(Slip and Fall Hazard) Management needs to see all these bad reviews listed and hire more help!! Ordered $20 worth of burrito bowls for my wife and I, got home ready to eat only to find there?s no meat? After searching for a... while I found little traces of meat here and there? never going to this place again! What a rip off, $20 for rice and veggies???Also they put way too much jalapeños into their food so I could only eat about a third before I couldn?t eat any more becauseof how spicy it is, and I like spicy food. Ordered 2 bowls. They had barley any chicken in containers, scraping for the crumbs, should have walked out then. Ordered... guacamole and they said they were out of chips. Went to sit down and it was absolutely FILTHY not one table clean. Verydisappointing!!! Food wasn?t what it should have been either at 6 pm.
