Worst chipotle I have ever been to, there hasn?t been a single time I?ve been here that something wasn?t missing or wrong in my... order. You pay way too much for such mediocre food, the quality is horrible, the serving size is just laughable and the food isalways cold. Plus I always get gypped out of something, tonight it was the 1/4 full queso I paid $4 for and the bag of chipsthat was barley a quarter full as well. Typically chipotle portions are laughable to begin with but today was exceptionally bad. Got a bowl to go and the person at the... counter gave me two heaping spoonfuls of rice, then proceeded to add a quarter scoop of chicken. Not exaggerating when I say Igot maybe a single Oz of chicken in my bowl. They also said they were out of fajita veggies and they wouldn?t be ready foratleast an hour? an hour to sauté some veggies. Omg! lemme tell you a story about the worst experience I had about this chipotle! They ran out of everything, the employees had... an attitude, and put a little bit of stuff in my bowl! This Chipotle employees move slow like molasses. EXTREMELY slow and there is food ALL over the food line table and by the... register. First of all, do not come here any time after normal dinner hours, they did not have chicken, steak, or even chips. I did an... online order, got a burrito bowl with chips and a drink. I pick up my food to find no chips in it, so I ask and they said theywere out of chips, even though my card was charged for chips. Usually on online orders it would say if an item is out, which wasodd. My food that I did get was lukewarm and pretty bland. When I reported the chip issue online, only after a day did someonerespond. Not only did they not give me a refund, they gave me another free order of chips on "my rewards account" that I DONTEVEN HAVE (I get this is more of a corporate issue, but still very frustrating). Wait time was too long, had to pay double for a decent portion of meat, guacamole was full of unripe avocados, sodas were hot... and ice machine was not working. Poor staff had no clue. Can?t get any worse than that. Read more
