Very good nutritional and tasty dinners, I'm using them for supper only..just pick what you want, email the entrees by the date... provided..I chose to have them delivered, they come twice per week,as of now, $ 3.00 per delivery, you can also pick them up attheir store.. The delivery shows up between 6:30 7:00 am, in a bag with some ice packs in them...We are in S. West Florida, so Iwould get them in the fridge asap...Maybe pick them up if that's an issue..All in All very satisfied, that's why I gave them the5 stars Read more
