The restaurant is clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and looking dapper in their uniforms, the presentation of... the food when it's brought out is nice, wasn't a long wait. Never been to a Culver?s before, but I would go back. Great menu selection and clean restaurant. Only gripe - the soda machines... seemed really off on the carbonation to syrup ratio. Other than that, great place for a quick bite. Read more
We have been dining here for the last five winters and in the past have love Culver?s. This year not so much. First on a... positive note the people there are great. The ice cream is great. At our last visit 11/2 husband and I agreed we had the worstburger ever. We had to wait 25 minutes from the time we ordered and when they arrived both were burnt almost beyond recognition-we were hungry after a long day shopping so we just ate them but honestly if we ever have this experience again it will be thelast time we eat there . Wow has this place gone down hill. Asked for no onions. Got Onions. Bun was not fresh Hard. tomato was the end piece. Burger... was cold and under cooked. Whoever is running this place should look for a different job. 3rd time we got bad order here. Goodbye Culver?s. Never again! I?m done. Read more
Good food usually. Fish sandwich is a giant bun with a tiny piece of fish. Maybe they forgot some fish or used the wrong bun? ... This can?t be right. Really nice people working there. Read more
The food was decent, and immediately fell in love with their root beer. Unfortunately, I cannot give this visit five stars... because when I walked through the front door you were hit with a raw sewage smell that was emanating from the bathrooms. Asthis is our year we trip if we return next year and the issues gone I will definitely update my review. Read more
It may have been a bad day but this was my first time eating here. My burger was thrown together and the way the bag was filled... looked like the person was mad. I'm willing to give them another chance. It's hard to enjoy food that doesn't look like it washandled with love. Read more
We waited a very long time for someone to take our order, then we waited a long time for us to get our food. It was not served... to us. We went to check on our order why was it taking so long. We found it had been sitting on the counter waiting for onionrings. Our food was cold. We have eaten at this Culver #511 numerous times and had no problem. It seemed that there were notenough staff to do what needed to be done on a Friday night. We most likely will not be eating there again. Oh one last thing,the ladies bathroom was a mess. Read more
