Over a year ago I wrote a very negative review about this location. Their food and service has greatly improved in my recent... experiences. I?ve had several deliveries this year and have picked up from this location a couple times this year. My ordershave now all been correct and nicely cooked! The deliveries have been timely (I have used the order ahead feature, which isnice) & my food has been hot/fresh. I?ve been much happier with this location this year. When I?ve gone into the store, which isway cheaper than delivery these days, the staff have all been nice and the store is clean. Read more
Worst experience ever!! Placed my order online, paid $56.00. Estimated time 30 minutes. A whole hour goes past and the tracker... hasn?t moved. I call the store, the ?Manager ? immediately says my order hasn?t even been started. Then she says it will be a 2hour wait! She claims the provided timeframe is corporate. Funny how it has always worked for my prior orders. Then I wasinformed I can?t come pick it up because she can?t move my order up. Keep in mind it has already been a hour! I requested mymoney back and she says it can take 2 days to refund. I ask for her name, she says she doesn?t feel comfortable giving me thatinformation. Ok, I ask for her manager?s name. She says I can call back on Friday. Today is TUESDAY . She still would not giveme her Managers name. Finally, she gives me a name (not even sure if it is legit at this point). Then she offers me a storecredit to call back and order another time. After the horrible customer service she provided why would I want to subject myselffor a repeat. If Domino?s is trying to improve their image, the store at 7610 Lockwood Rd in Sarasota needs some corporateretraining. Read more
This Domino's Pizza location is terrible. The people who cook the pizza consistently undercook the crust or burn it. If you are... unhappy with their pizza you cannot get a replacement if you have eaten ANY of it. You have to determine that it is not a goodpizza by appearance only. I wonder how many people get a 'returned' pizza as their order. We ate one piece and realized thecrust was doughy and undercooked. When I called the location and spoke with the new manager I was told if you ate any of it thenwe won't replace it. We have bought Domino's pizza weekly for a long time but it is under new management so QUALITY IS LOW. Wewill NEVER order from this location again. Read more
Fantastic! That was my original review years ago. Unfortunately this store has gone down hill fast. "General manager Joe" is... lacking in the customer service area. 2 out of 4 pizzas smashed. Slow delivery and no empathy save yourself the trouble and givethis place a hard pass! Read more
Delivery driver was a little rude because he was upset he couldn't fill out a job application for OUR company here in the... office. The pizza was the biggest problem. I ordered pan pizza well done. I received a barely cooked pizza that was greasy withtopping running all over the place. I called to speak to the manager Rod about the situation. I explained I wanted my money backfor the pizza and he said he cannot give me my money back and that he can only issue me a credit for next time. I have neverheard of a company not being able to refund my money. I asked for the number to corporate so I could speak with them about itand he said I can just google it and that he doesn't have the number. I will not order form this dominos ever again and I willadvise others not to as well! Read more
I have only ordered pizza from Domino's and this location since I move to the area 16 years ago and in the last year I can not... get my pizza delivered on time and at least warm. The free pizza was an incentive for a minute but I will no longer order pizzasfrom this location. Corporate would not respond to my emails so I took to Google and left this review of what is actuallyhappening. Read more
