Manager on the in the morning insists that ?management? does NOT allow the staff to put ketchup into an egg sandwich . It seems... that the managers are content with the words : No , Can?t , Don?t , Sorry ect ect . Why would anyone make this part of a dailyroutine . We are traveling through town and we go to Dunkin all the time. This location really should be managed better . Read more

My 6:34 am experience was absolutely PERFECT! Greeted by 2 friendly employees who worked with intelligent efficiency (not... common these days) & friendly dispositions. They seemed HAPPY to be working!! That is another uncommon experience in fast foodthese days. My donuts were fresh. My coffee w a shot of pumpkin was HEAVEN. My avocado toast was perfection. I dont normally leave reviews but wanted to do so because I feel it is well deserved. The morning crew at this Dunkin always has... a upbeat, positive, and energetic attitude. I literally pass up two other Dunkin Donuts every morning on my way to work but Iwill only stop at this one. Particularly I want to brag on Diamond. She has exceptional customer service and always has a smileon her face and makes sure every customer leaves with a smile or has a good experience. She is the type of employee othersshould aspire to be. Thank you for a good experience every single time I come in for my medium iced coffee. Read more

We placed an online order. My husband went to pick it up. Only 2 cars in drive thru (1 vehicle and ours). 1 vehicle was at the... speaker deciding. My husband pulled around the car to proceed to the pickup window and was immediately scolded my the employee.He told her he was only picking up. She refused to give him the order and demanded for my (disabled) husband to come inside andget it. He came home and told me. I drove back up there and asked for the manager. She explained the scenario and I asked why hewas asked to come inside. UP TO NOW SHE CAN?T explain to me why. She was combative. I was clearly NOT happy but I refused toargue. I requested a refund. She (Then) offered me that cold order. I told her that I was at work and did not have the time forthis whole terrible experience. I received my refund and reminded her that no one apologized for our inconvenience and I toldher the customer service is terrible and then I went across the street to Starbucks and received stellar customer service. Iactually wish that this was a lie. They really need to do better because I like Dunkin? but this specific location is THEABSOLUTE WORST. Oh and not to mention her employees were standing behind her spectating and even making jokes, laughing and oneof the started singing ?Ya had a bad day? over and over while the others laughed.. as I was getting my refund. This has got to be the worst Dunkin we?ve ever been to. We stayed nearby and were excited that there was a Dunkin so close but... it felt like a wasted trip and money each time. My husband always says exactly how many of each item we want in the coffees tobe sure they?re how we like them but it just didn?t register with this location. One of the coffees I wound up pouring outbecause it wasn?t even drinkable. Read more

Ok, so we started off with asking what their non-dairy milk options were and the lady said there were no non-dairy milk options-... mind you, there?s a huge sign for some kind of oat latte. So after seeing this sign we asked if they had oat milk and she waslike yea we have oat milk! We then asked for an iced matcha with oat milk and we received a matcha slushie. Lol. It wasactually delicious. Listen, I write this not to leave a bad review but to just give you a heads up that they DO indeed havenon-dairy milk options. Well the coffee was good. However, the line was like 3 cars deep and we had to wait for like 20 minutes. Then , today is the... nurse/Healthcare appreciation day per their sign & they didn't give us a free coffee, they gave us a free donut. I am a healthcare worker and I had my work badge and the lady seemed totally confused 0n why I showed her my badge. Read more
