Probably the worst service and Dunkin in the area. The guy who works the drive through is always super rude and seems to hate... his job. The few times I?ve stopped there the last few weeks I have always been given the wrong order and he is never friendly.Hash browns are always burnt. I pulled in today and I asked if I could have a moment while my daughter and I looked over themenu. The guy seemed annoyed that we needed a moment.. then as we were deciding not even 30 seconds later.. he says ?I?munderstaffed so?? and I asked him what exactly he meant by that since we were only trying to decided on our order.. (mind you,the place is completely empty.. and we are the only car there) and then replied ?just letting you know I?m understaffed incaseyou were trying to order a large order..? so I guess that was a hint to please order something quick and hurry up? I decided totell him that?s okay we will just go somewhere else that we are welcome, and we left. I think that is extremely unprofessionaland not welcoming to say to a customer. Especially when it?s your ONLY customer there. It almost seemed like he was annoyed acustomer actually showed up since they were so slow. The Dunkin? on bee ridge or Clark are both super nice. I won?t be spendinga penny more at this location. They don?t appreciate the business nor the customers. Read more

This is the WORST experience ive ever had at dunkin. We asked if we could have two separate orders and the man taking our order... very rudely said, ?no we are understaffed.? As he is saying this we are the ONLY people in the drive through line. And we cansee atleast 5 staff inside. Our bagel we orders did not have the cream cheese on it. And both our drink were clearly not madecorrectly. The way the employees talked to us made us feel like a burden. Maybe find a different job if your this miserable? Read more

Really? My significant other and I ordered takeout for breakfast. We were asked by the man who took our order to swing by the... front and go inside to pick it up when it was ready. Lobby was a mess and everyone looked unorganized. When our order WAS ready, one of the staff members was about to go outside to deliver it to us... when WE were told to pick it up inside. Clearly therewasn't any communication between co-workers. The employees weren't nice to us either. Fast forward, we got home and the egg inmy sausage egg and cheese looked like someone took a small bite out of it. I'm just hoping a piece somehow broke off instead ofsomeone tampering with my food. Don't waste your money coming here, I promise there are better places to eat around this area. Read more

I come to this dunkin multiple times a week before work and sometimes on my days off. Everyone is always SO nice and my order is... always made extremely fast and fresh. They often recognize me just by my order which is awesome! Great management and a goodteam! Definitely my favorite location. :) Read more

The cashier that took our order was so rude. He obviously did not want to be at work. My husband and I turned it into a learning... experience for our children. Read more
