The lady with the short red hair named Trina should not work here, she gives poor customer service. While the cashier was... taking the order, before paying I wanted to change the size of my coffee to a bigger one, she was preparing the orders behindthe cashier and she complained and started walking towards the back of the store, then After I paid, she came back, with veryrude and unprofessional attitudes like: Complaining about me with a very low voice, she grabbed the largest size glass andplaced it very strongly on the work table and in the same way with the lid, too he poured the coffee he had made into the smallglass and just topped it off with ice, (meaning I just paid extra for ice and the plastic cup, but the coffee was the sameamount as the small coffee. I then asked the cashier if the Macchiato was bringing whipped cream to the person who took my orderand Trina came out the back responding Rudely, then I told her to relax (as she had treated me so badly) Honestly this storeneeds to take action on the matter as they have to a very friendly team (the cashier was from today was very friendly andprofessional and the man at the Drive-Thru who moved from Connecticut is also very friendly and professional with customers). This is an exemplary Dunkin'. Came in during Thanksgiving Day and was greeted by the individuals working there. My drinks were... perfect, I was very satisfied with my visit. The atmosphere was as expected from any new Dunkin'. The dining area was clean. Thestraw and napkin area was organized and well stocked. Fast and personable service Read more

Out of bagel, croissants, and sausage 15 mins into being open. Employees were super rude about it and made it seem as if I was... bothering them with my order. I'll go to chick fil a for breakfast! They are nice and want my business! Read more

I have to say, very disappointed in the drive thru service. The time through the line was great. However, the person taking the... orders and then dealing with customers at the window was less than stellar. She clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't want toengage in questions. I said good morning when arriving at the window ZERO response. I don't know what her story was today, but Ican tell you it came across to me that she wasn't happy being there and didn't want to be there. Read more

Everything tasted fine, and some of the staff are nice, but one guy at the register ruined the experience for me. I only got... the word "Croissant" out of my mouth before he interrupted me asking questions to try and figure out which croissant I wastalking about. Had he let me finish it would have been clear. I was literally staring at it on the screen and trying to getenough words in to explain which one but he kept interrupting me and talking about a specific one, he even walked to the back inthe middle of our conversation to get a one to show me as if I wasn't understanding him. I almost said forget it! Then my friendordered a donut after me and this guy was like "Ah, a simple man with a simple order. Thank you." ??? I guess you can only orderdonuts from this place because other orders are too much for this guy to handle. I also hated how he spoke to a female coworker.I won't be back, go to the one West of I-75, it's not far. My credit card statement even says I spent $23 at this place butthere is no way, so thanks for that my dude. Let me know if this guy gets fired and I might try another visit. Read more

I really wanted this location to be great because it's so close to home. I was excited for it to open. So far, I've been to... this location 11 times. And every single time they've gotten my order wrong and the coffee tasted terrible. For example, if Iordered a large hot vanilla latte with coconut milk at the drive thru, when I would get to the window, the teller would say, "Soyou want that with oat milk, right?" And I would politely respond, "No, coconut milk." Then he would say, "OK, I got it.Medium iced latte with coconut milk." Then I would say, "No, large hot vanilla latte." Then he would disappear and return witha large hot latte with coconut milk, without any vanilla." If this happened once or twice, it's a simple and honest mistake.But this has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been to this location. Out of the 11 times I've gone, they haven't gotten myorder right one single time. And when I finally do get the coffee after several rounds of back and forth, it tastesterrible--often watery. It's a shame this location is being destroyed by such an incompetent staff and poor management. Ireally wanted this location to work, which is why I kept going back hoping things would improve. And honestly, it seems to onlybe getting worse. This location has lost my business for good. I will be driving the 3 extra minutes down the road to thelocation on the other side of the highway, where they always get the drinks right and they always taste good. Epic fail. Read more

This location is new, but so close to where I live! It is a beautiful, clean location. Top notch. That?s not the best part... though! All the employees have been so kind, happy, and inviting! I had a very bad few weeks, and just going to this locationhas made a difference. They are so sweet, and it makes me want to go every day! I was even given some merch, that I will PROUDLYrepresent. Thank you to the employees that brought me a big smile today, and made my experience so wonderful. Y?all are theabsolute best. Read more
