30 minutes to make 2 vegetable 6 inch subs at 3:30pm (not busy) is not acceptable. Had 3 employees behind the counter.
This should be a five star but I ordered the medium sized 6.99 meatball special and was charged 8.29. But I will say this was... my first time trying the spicy and sweet meatball sub and it was truly amazing. Hopefully they get their pricing together tobetter care for their specials. Stopped for lunch yesterday and the staff there are miserable. No greeting. Diet Coke not working and I told them. They were... NOT happy. Seemed like a big deal. Not to mention the place is filthy. ????????This was our first visit to a Firehouse Subs and it definitely will not be our last. We told the young lady it was our... first time and we needed to study the menu. She proceeded to tell us about their subs and how they were listed in order ofpopularity. All the sandwiches are served warm. I had the club on a sub with Smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, bacon,and melted Monterey Jack, served Fully Involved which means mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickleon the side loved every bite of it ????????????. My buddie decided to go with the Meatball sub that came with melted provolone,zesty marinara, and Italian seasonings, he skipped the pickle ????. They also had several hot sauces available, labeled 1-10 foryou to choose from, I went with the Captain Sorensen's Pepper Hot Sauce.
