Gecko's Grill& Pub is easy to find with free parking on the street. It's a friendly environment for a relaxing place to eat.... The group of people that work there seem to enjoy their work. They also employ a robot waiter which is fun to see. If I havethe opportunity I would return. Although the coleslaw is a crowd favorite; i didn't care for it. The Ruben sandwich wasdelicious! First time here and I really liked it. Located right near the Sarasota Memorial hospital. The service was outstanding everyone... is friendly and very patient. We had the Blue cheese chips which are very popular and we loved it, it was delicious and agenerous amount of chips, and we also had Garlic parmesan wings, juicy, soft and tasty. We also had drinks our favorite was thelady shark, you can't have just one it's delicious. Highly recommend. Read more

This is one of my favorite bay area restaurants and this is my favorite location. The right game is always on and when you don't... want the game they have trivia. Food is great. I've never had an order messed up. My wife loves the boom boom chicken tacoswith tater tots and it's great. Please come check out geckos if you've never done it before. The menu is great, only thingholding it back right now is needing is needed a little updating. Love this place, come check it out. Read more
