I said hello to him, and then told him I wanted my sub on white and he stood there... looking at me like a deer in headlights, so I asked him if he heard me and he snapped at the and said yes I heard you. Place a online order for pickup over a hour out. I get done what I need to do early and go in and see if they can make it... earlier than the pickup time. And to my surprise (and not a good one) it is sitting there ready 35 minutes before my scheduledpickup time. Probably made when I placed the order . I'm having trouble understanding why you let me select a pickup time ifyou just make the food whenever you want and would have let the food sit there 30+ minutes if I didn't come in early. Still hadto microwave it when I got home. This food is not fresh. Quality is not good. And watch out, you may get food poisoning fromunsafe food handling. Best of luck to this location. This is the second day in a row that my order has been wrong. Yesterday i ordered a club sub with no mayonnaise for doordash and... of course there was mayo on it. Then my family ordered again tonight. I again got a club sub and when i got it there wassupposed to be bacon and oil on the side, i got no bacon and no oil at all. Two of our subs were supposed to have red peppers onthe side and shocker they were on the sub. We also asked for no onions on one, and of course there were onion. I LOVE this place and they make great sandwiches, but their pricing has gotten out of hand. My wife and I would go 2 times per... week, but now we are down to 2 times per month. A (cold) Sub Club with a drink and a small bag of chips was $15 after tax. Thatjust not fair pricing. The guy next to me said the same thing when he rang up. Idk what the solution is, but you can?t charge$15 for a sub lunch and expect people to absorb it long term. See ya in a month instead of a week! Read more
Really good sandwiches, and really bad customer service. I?ve come in a few times, and every time the workers seem miserable,... like you?re bothering them by ordering food. They still make a great cold cut sandwich. Read more
I usually give Jersey Mike's five stars. Only reason why I am not doing it they have an AC guy here putting in fiberglass... ductwork while they're operational. This kind of work should have been done at night. Read more

Placed an online order. Asked for bacon on my Giant sub, an extra $2.75 plus tax, but got none. Asked for tomatoes on sub,... again none. For other subs asked for extra chipotle sauce on the side, banana peppers, extra portabellas in the sub, againzilcho. Also, not happy at having to provide name, phone, etc in order to have the privilege of ordering online. Best to justorder in person if you want toppings coz when keyed into online order they just don?t happen. Read more
