was excited to see a jimmy johns at this airport and to eat a good breakfast. That unfortunate didn't happen. I ordered a... breakfast sandwich, and to my surprise, they were unwilling to add any toppings to my sandwich. I asked for lettuce and tomato,and the cashier said it was against policy to put toppings on a breakfast sandwich. I pointed toward the open make line that hadALL the toppings open and ready to go. I asked if he could bend the rules just this once, but he stood strong on this oddpolicy. They must run a pretty micromanaged business that he feared losing his job or getting written up for walking 3 steps andadding some lettuce and tomato to a otherwise pretty bare sandwich. Read more
I ordered a roast beef sandwich at the airport and only received lettuce and tomatoes on bread which made me buy food on the... airplane. I contacted Jimmy John's but have not received any reply. Extremely disappointing as this was my first and last timegoing to Jimmy John's. Read more
