What is the point of having fried chicken and always being out of either dark meat or extra crispy? I have been here several... times and have only once been able to get the chicken that I wanted. I would not go here if you are looking for either dark meator extra crispy. Those of you that like the original more power to you, as for me, I will be going elsewhere. Read more
This place is horrendous. The last few times we came nobody wanted to take my order and when they did it was an issue. Literally... doing their job was an issue. Lol. Like how is that possible. On top of that, they do NOT ever have what it is you come here forwhich is chicken. Do not eat here nor waste your time. Oh and I was just recently at this place trying one last time on 9/7 @8:15 pm. Took 2 minutes to get a greeting. When I said hello? I was greeted with thank you for choosing kfc. Give me one moment I?m doing... something. The cash out was fine. Got home and I?m missing the biscuits I ordered a la carte. Went back. The person thatassisted me stomped over to me, said what, I explained the situation, she said ok. No apology, no let me fix that, she juststomped away, grabbed my missing items (no gloves) and halfway tossed the bag at me. The drive through was super slow while Iwas waiting to order. But there were 3 EMPLOYEES IN THE LOBBY, on break, but being rather disrespectful. At least from my povthey were. The chicken thighs were so small they may as well have been wings. It seemed like they were literally taking 1 order at a time and handled customers the same way, the drive thru line took... forever. I ordered a 3pc chicken tender combo and the chicken was so overcooked it was dark brown and dry. The fries tasted likethe oil hadn't been changed for a week. Even the biscuit was dry and hard. I know ?good? help is hard to find, but this location needs to be shut down. Four employees, only one slowly working. I waited... in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was able to download the app, input all of my information including payment, choose my itemsand complete my order before the car at the speaker even moved. The car behind me gave up, as soon as he left I backed out andwent inside to pick up my order. Seriously, these people are getting paid $14/hr not to do anything with any kind of speed, thisplace makes my job look grossly underpaid, speed up or quit. One of the ladies came outside to give someone their food andmentioned how professional she was acting, she looked like a female Lil Wayne, gold teeth and the biggest false eye lashes I?veever seen, grow up. Good morning everyone went through the drive thru wanted fries with no salt so they told us we had to wait 5 minutes no problem... so a little longer than 5 minutes then a nice smiling person bought the full out I even talked about the the money they werehiring for people to work there was I thought was a good hiring on fee and the chicken was good the fries was nice and hot andfresh but when you say but I know it kind of cancel out a lot we ordered a 12-piece meal which is supposed to get three piecesof every chicken that was awful we most all breasts no big pieces dark meat which is the thigh short thighs I was disappointedbecause that's what I ate mostly I like my breasts which is the white meat but I prefer me or I get a whole piece of thigh anda piece of the breast absolutely no thighs at all the last time I was there they let us know that it only had breast and we saidokay then they had thighs if I'm not mistaken but they did not inform us this time not good customer service blessings Read more
Awful. Don?t waste your money. ?Family bucket? for $30 consisted of 12 tiny thighs and legs in a puddle of oil. Pretty much a... bucket of bones and breading and grease. If they ran out of breast you would think you?d get extra for substitution but no.Spent $30 on cheapest pieces of chicken which were so anemic that there were maybe 2 bites of meat on each. And ask for sauces?That?s a bother. Can?t get anything but hot sauce. Dry biscuits due to butter and honey shortage apparently. Not sure whathappened to this location but better to choose literally anything else for dinner. Read more
Walked into the restaurant. And employee tells me that the person at the counter was on a lunch break and I will have to go... threw the drive thru. I asked him if he could take my order and just ring it up at the drive thru. He said no, you have to drivethere. That made no sense. So I went somewhere else. Good job, you lost 3 customers. Read more
