I saw their great reviews and made reservations for dinner. We went to the bar first to have a drink and look the menu over. We... had already seen items earlier in the day when we looked online but we wanted to make sure nothing was added that was chamge ourminds. We noticed some of the apps we were planning on getting were no longer on the menu. We really wanted the egg rolls andwhen we asked about them, we were told that they were on the Sunday game menu and that they may be coming back to the regularmenu in the near future. I asked since the next day was Sunday if we could have them and he laughed and said no. So......welooked the menu over some more. We ended up having 4 drinks (only 2 being specialty cocktails) and we left there paying over$60 for them. Mine was really good... The passion express.... I'm not going to lie.....but, that was a lot. This review is specifically for service. I had reservations. When my party arrived hostess took us to a table in the back room.... My husband politely asked to be seated upfront as there were available tables. Hostess proceeded to move us to 1 of thosetables. As we were about to sit, another employee, perhaps a manager (she did not introduce herself) came out of nowhere andsnapped that she will not give us that table because other guests who may come an hour later also with reservations may want it. Word “may” was mentioned several times. She proceeded to argue with my husband how his requests is completely jeopardizingseating arrangements for the rest of the night as the restaurant has 25 other parties who may come. This lady was unapologetic,relentless and lacked any social and managerial etiquette. There were other guests all around who heard this conversation abouthow guests who “may” come later are more suited for the table in front of the restaurant than guests who already came. NeedI say more? We left… went next door to Mediterraneo where we were accommodated without reservations at a table with whitetable clothes. There’s 5 of us and we’re celebrating. So first time here on October 9th before the comedy show across the street. The first pic is the hot chicken sandwich which my... wife had. That was great. But I had the burnt ends tacos in the 2nd pic. Turned out the burnt ends were actually burnt pork fat.Totally could not eat it. But the awesome guy named Raphael at the bar noticed the same thing and took it off the bill andreplaced it with the hot chicken sandwich for me. The 3rd pic is the smoked bourbon drink that comes in a small treasure chest.That was really good!! I gave it a 4 star because of the great customer service. Very impressed with the burnt ends tacos. The burnt ends were smokey,sticky and flavorful without too much sauce mess. The... billionaire bacon is wonderful. It's bbq smokey bacon goodness. The disco fries was, by far, the BEST cheesy fries I've everhad. The parmesan-gruyère wiz sounds off putting but it's amazing. Read more
