Worst mcdonalds I've ever been through. I understand English not being your first language but when even the managers are... impossible to understand it's a bit too far. It's like they go through the applicants and find the ppl who only listed Spanishas there language and then hoped they learn English on the job. Read more
Holy cow I never thought I would review a McDonalds but, here we go. What an excellent experience. We were greeted as we... entered and albeit there being many kiosks available to order a nice gentleman took our order up front. He repeated the orderand was very accommodating of any request we had. It took a few minutes to get our food since they were switching to lunch. Theemployee thanked us for waiting and was so polite. I could not believe the customer service. A++ Glad I went in instead ofeating my hangover food shamefully in my car. Read more
Very busy when we went there but very organized. Had the order done right I got the 40 piece chicken nugget and two large fries... with two McChickens and a medium size. Sad part is they only give you like four sauces. That's like 10 nuggets in each littlepacket. Anything else you have to buy. Other than that the food was good. I came to the store 8/27 the closing manger was beyond rude to me . I Call the store before hand and asked if the lobby was... still open to take orders. The person on the phone told me just stores are open but I would have to come in and take my order atthe kiosk. I had to walk . Once I got there the doors are locked. I walked around to the drive-through and asked to speak to themanager. Told her my situation. She told me oh well. Then her and her employees proceeded to laugh at me. Read more

McDonald?s managers, when you are interviewing applicants, is the main quality you look for how bad their attitude is? Went... through drive thru 2 nights in a row last night and tonight, and both women had the nastiest attitudes! I could barely finishtalking before im cut off with ?anything else?? Multiple times. Get to the window to find she clearly didnt have my order right(surprising i know, teach them to listen) and then blames me for not telling her correctly! I also work in a restaurant and iwould never speak to guests like this and im embarrassed that you all think its okay for your employees to treat YOUR GUESTSlike this! The second time going and getting cold food, with horrible service! I ordered a small ice water and a QUater pounder with... cheese. I ended up paying almost two dollars for a large ice water that I didn?t order, and the food was ice cold!!!!! To sayI?m upset is an understatement! I will NEVER go back there again! Read more
