Mobile order was messed up with not really having a double Big Mac but they made it anyway with no complaints.
I understand being busy, trust me I worked for McDonald's back in high-school and after graduation. But is it really that hard... to ensure a 3 item order is correct? I ordered a double quarter, and not only did I get a quarter pounder instead the burger wascold and I know that out of all the things made there, those are made to order each time... that's not to even mention how thefries were stale, even though with how busy they had been its likely a fresh batch was ready Read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. We waited quite some time to order while the cashier flirted with the two girls and gave... them free ice cream cones. We finally got our cold food and had a seat and then I heard the cashier using inappropriatelanguage for the work place( trying to look cool). I had my two granddaughters with me. Read more
Usually, I have no problem with this location. However, this morning, I ordered 2 sausage & cheese biscuits and a large diet... Dr. Pepper. One of my biscuits had a long single strand of black hair hanging out of the side of the biscuit and after openingup the biscuit, the hair was embedded in the cheese. Now, we have too much going on with the pandemic as it is, the last thingwe need is someone unsanitary preparing food for customers,as we trust that you are making our orders with cleanliness being apriority. Crazy! Walked in otw to work and they told me they don't have anyone for the register??? Their were only 3 cars in the drive... thru?extremely rude.. didn?t even acknowledge me when I walked in and stood at register for 5 minutes not even a hello. Read more
