We just dined at this Outback location tonight and had the most lovely experience for my husband?s birthday. The steaks were... perfectly cooked and delicious as always but what really stood out was the service. We we?re greeted warmly at the door. Thehosts were smiley and engaging. Our server was Dejan and he was absolutely outstanding. knowledgeable to make recommendationsand the perfect mix of personable, friendly and present without being overbearing. Every visit to the South Sarasota location is never a disappointment. From the managers to servers the guest is appreciated and... respected. Tiffany always makes sure everything is to the guests expectations. Dawn is our go to server, she remembers what herguests like and is always smiling. Sherry makes a great cocktail and her personality is superb. The girls in take-away areextremely friendly especially enjoy seeing Brandy, she is always working hard and making sure orders are correct. I went for my birthday I got my meal last after everyone was finished with theirs. Our poor servers food was coming out all... wrong not just our table. I felt so bad for him, he had no help from management. He pretty much said without saying there wasn'ta manager on duty. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but most likely won't be back. We stopped for an early dinner.we had Alice Springs chicken, a steak, and a burger. Waiter was very friendly. Not sure what was... on the "pickles" on the burger. Looked like straight cucumber and smelled like strong vinegar. Turned the lettuce slimy andbrown and burnt the roof of my mouth. Not sure if all outbacks use this as pickles but wow, not good. Service was good, couple TV's not on, and had to wait 5-10 minutes with multiple empty glasses, Bloomin Onion was small....... BUT... Waitress was friendly, informative and food was spot on with temperature and appearance (except for the onion)! We WILLbe back! Read more

The victoria?s filet mignon wasn?t cooked the way I requested. But it was okay. The espresso butter bone-in and ribeye was... good. Each came with 2 choices of side dishes. The pina koala was good. Can?t really taste the alcohol. Old fashioned (smoked)my husband said it was good. Has Smokey after tasted. Got a free dessert for birthday! The crew was nice.
