Very dirty. Air conditioning not working properly. My baguette was a little stale. Butter container was empty. There was a... meandering security guard who got into a dispute with the cashier (very odd). Parking was tough. Feels like marginal part oftown where one may need to watch one's six. I used to come to this location every Saturday for a freshly baked chocolate croissant for my son. This morning the croissant... was stale! How can you even think of selling stale pastries on a Saturday morning for $3.95?! I regret that I did not have theopportunity to return you this piece of? stale bread. I have always turned a blind eye to the dirt in this location and to theeternally dissatisfied cashiers who don?t even try to hide their hatred for this work and their contempt for every customer. Really should be NO Stars!! Horrible. Took 15 mins to get a freaking chicken sandwich (that cost $10 btw!!!) with one single... order ahead of me. ONE Chicken sandwich and a drink cost me $16!!! Finally get it and take it home. When I open it, smearedwith hot sauce all over bun and wrapper! Unacceptable!! Pic Shows how it looked when I opened it! Lost this customerforever. Pretty nice and peaceful, does definitely need a high ceiling cleaning though, all the high fixtures and taller objects are... lined up with dust. (And now I noticed a blackish mold running off the vents in the dining area..) Especially the vents. Otherthan that, pretty fine from the few instances I?ve visited. Foods been great, no complaints on that department but the airquality is something to be worried about if I look up and see wet, dusty vents with black mold. Also, bathrooms definitelyhaven?t been cleaned in a hot minute. Read more
We love panera however, this time we went and our cups of soup were barely filled. Extremely dissapointing.
