Very impressed with this restaurant, small salon, but very cozy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the food is... definitely authentic Peruvian food. The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge an automatic 18% service charge withoutasking you first. I truly believe that the tip has to been earned and I have no doubt that the customer will give even more ifhe/she received a good customer service. I understand that for parties greater that 6, this is an automatic charge, but we wereonly 2 people. Other than that, everything else was fine. Read more
If you’re looking for an authentic Peruvian experience, this is the best place you can find by FAR. I have nothing but great... things to say about this restaurant. My Peruvian friend brought me here originally and he nearly had tears in his eyes eatingthis food because of how delicious and authentic it was. The Ceviche is to die for, and will absolutely set a new bar for yourCeviche expectations. I frequently eat here now and love to get either he Lomo Saltado or the Pescado a lo mocho and they justnever get old. Everything is reasonable priced as well. Impressed with this charming restaurant! Fresh, authentic, and very delicious Peruvian food. Steak dishes we ordered were juicy... and tender with lots of flavor. Homemade desserts were mouthwatering. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Read more
I came here for dinner with my husband. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at a table. The menu is unique, and I... think offers a little something for everyone's tastes. For entrees, we ordered pescado a la mocho and fish ceviche, which Ibelieve are the most raved about dishes and they were out of this world good! Next time I will order the same. This isdefinitely on our list now of places to frequent! One complaint I'd have is, I don't like new location, the authentic atmosphereis completely lost. I will say, service was a little slow, I see others have mentioned that as well, but our server was alsovery nice and took good care of us. The food was so good, I don't think we noticed much. This is truly authentic Peruvian faire. Each of the four dishes ordered was excellent. The Peruvian beer was very good. Love... their new location off Clark on Olive. The ambiance was very nice as was the service. We will definitely go back. Read more
