Service and ambiance was good, unfortunately the food was just ok. The carbonara wasn't done properly as the egg in it became... scrambled. The frutti di mare white sauce tasted like it was just olive oil and the mussels tasted like they were starting togo bad. All things you could possibly overlook at a cheap eatery, but otherwise slightly disappointing. Edit: I never mentionedanything about wanting cream in the carbonara, the problem was over cooking the eggs into scrambled eggs. Read more

I enjoyed my entree which was scallops and shrimp on a bed of their homemade pasta. My dad had the same thing, but he felt it... needed more flavor. Extremely good experience! Our food was delicious, although the choice is not as wide as some establishments, the selection is... special. A little thing that made a huge impact on our party was the welcome we received. Our first time there on therecommendation of our friends who had been there several times previously. Our reserved table was not ready but the ladyMaitre'd greeted us, explained the situation and suggested a complimentary glass wine at the bar. We didn't have to wait longbefore the table was ready and our waiter,Tomas, was really off a long and vivid description of the specials. He was veryattentive, but not intrusive throughout our meal.
