The store is at temporary hours but Marcel the manger is soo much better than the older lady that was running the store. He... looks understaffed but still takes care of his guests all by himself. So sorry this one is the closest to my house. We ordered online after a looong day and we expected pizza perfection as always. ... This time pizza was super overcooked. Thin crust was extra crunchy (not able to eat). Breadsticks were dry and flavorless. Andwe only arrived 4 minutes after the suggested time. Read more
The pizza arrived cold, late & with very minimal sauce leaving it extremely dry. I happened to see the driver pull into the... complex & he was coming from the totally opposite direction of the most direct route from Pizza Hut. Maybe he stopped off tohave lunch for himself. We were happy to have the Detroit pizza back and paid extra to have four toppings. The pizza was disappointing with hardly any... toppings - mainly consisted of only one of the four. Mostly seemed like cheese bread with sauce on top of it. Friendly serviceas usual at this location - just very unhappy with the quality of the pizza. The 1 star is for the pizza. Service is a 5 star. The local Pizza hut was great. Apologized for the online issues they had, and delivered the pizza very quickly after putting in... a phone order. The pizzas were great too. The money from the failed order was also refunded right away. Handling service issueslike they did puts them above and beyond other pizza places. Read more
Not sure who was making the pizza around 6pm this last Saturday. But you just won pizza hut back onto the family menu. It was... amazing, perfectly cooked and beat out anything we have been getting from dominos since moving to Florida. We will be back. Read more
