Excellent service and food! I have never been to Ruth Chris but I have been to a number of what I consider high end steakhouses.... The service and the steaks, salads, sides and overall experience was fabulous. Angie was our server. Once she determined it wasout first time there, she gave a little background on their steak quality, how they are prepared and served and history of thecompany. "Each cut of USDA Prime beef served arrives cooked to perfection and sizzling on a 500° plate—just the way Ruthliked it." She was attentive and friendly and very helpful in helping us make our choices. The steaks were perfectly prepared,flavorful and well presented. The sides mac and cheese, garlic mashed and creamed spinach were plentiful and delicious. This isa high end steakhouse and the prices reflect that, but so does the serve and the product served. Choose this amazing restaurant for my birthday I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time, turned out to be the... best experience ever. The staff is very professional, respectful, compassionate, patient, kind; exceptional serious. We weregreeted with a smile andseated briefly after. The food was amazing every thing was just the right temperature. They explainedthe menu constantly, checking in making sure we were okay. I had a reservation for 3 For Mother’s Day we ended up driving to Sarasota because I... waited until a week before mom day to reserve anyways it was such a great experience. We drove up to complementary valet nowait greeted with all smiles immediately sat at table the atmosphere was awesome everything was so clean the white linen,thesilverware the glasses on table with candles so elegant Waiter was immediately there soon as we sat we didn’t have to wait onanything,they made us feel so special. The area we sat in it was like four waiters waiting on us like stars I’m so serious.The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails was great not watered down at all.The entree came out with 500 degreesplates not one single attitude I mean every single staff was shaved and everyone was so clean I watch these type of things. Mybaby had to use the bathroom first time there so a waiter who was just walking by escorted us there so sweet ,the bathroom youcould eat off the floor it smelled so clean and I was so impressed!!! Reservation for 2, greeted and seated. Waiterback greeted us with ice water and a nice introduction. Waiter greeted shortly... thereafter and explained the menu choices etc. My wife got a delicious cocktail, salad was cold and crisp. My soup, hot andamazing. Steaks and sides were cooked perfectly. Great Experience! Granville was fantastic! I’m hoping I got his name correct but our server and assistant was awesome! Very... knowledgeable, Professional, told us everything about the restaurant and perfect customer service! My bone-in Ribeye wasinsanely good and my girlfriend loved the filet and lobster! Birthday dessert was awesome too! Only downfall we didn’t likethe potatoes au gratin, it was in clumps not slices an not good. Didn’t mention to server because he was doing such a topnotch job! I’m always on the hunt for the best steak! As of today, this is officially the best steak I’ve (we’ve) had. I got the... Cowboy ribeye and she had the bone-in filet. Everything, including the drink, greatly exceeded our expectations! Greatatmosphere as well. It’s worth what you pay and the prices aren’t bad considering the quality. This is next level dining. Wewill be coming back very often. I can’t recommend this place enough. I try to only review 5 star places because I don’t liketo hurt businesses. The service at this restaurant has always been top notch. However, I must say everything has taken a turn downhill since the... pandemic. The service by our waiter was great. However, the Valet was too busy on his cell phone to open our doors, the steak myfather got wasn’t sizzling and was not the usual cut and the lobster was dry. The chopped salad was (as always) top notch. Thedrinks have never been very good so I wasn’t shocked that they don’t know how to make a high quality old fashioned. It’s apretty thick price tag so you would expect a higher level of service. I hope they improve here. Read more
