This was our second visit, and Sardinia’s did not disappoint!. Everybody in our party was happy with their meal. I ordered the... Culurgiones, and they were obviously fresh. So delicious! Somebody else in our party ordered the fresh fish, and the serverprepared it table side. Two people ordered the gnocchi. They were very busy, but managed to attend to all the tables as a team. They could have used more help, but I think that is the way it goes these days. The one downside is the wine is overpriced, evenfor a restaurant. Read more

Worst Italian restaurant in my experience. I am a big connoisseur of Italian food and the atmosphere of this place gave me hope... that I will get an unforgettable experience and enjoy the taste. But everything was different. Minestrone was just a soup madefrom various cabbages, similar to the soup from the Soviet canteen, but over-salted! I couldn't eat it all. The most importantthing is the pasta. They said it was homemade????. But this terrible pasta is not made from durum wheat! Thin, white, made fromordinary white flour, similar to cheap pasta from dollar stores or instant Chinese pasta. Pasta with beans and mint. The beanswere delicious, but there was no mint at all. The second pasta with sausages was too salty, as if a spoonful of salt had beenpoured into it, it was impossible to eat. The beer here is terrible, with corn syrup added! Junk food, huge food savings, bigempty show for big money. If you have been to Italy, or at least to a real Italian restaurant, then you will be deeplydisappointed. The staff is also not friendly. But the atmosphere is pleasant. If you want to leave hungry and with the feelingthat you have been deceived and robbed, then you are here. Fantastic! Chef makes his own Bottarga. Carpaccio di pulpo, linguine with clams and bottarga, vitello Al forno all excellent... with a Sardinian wine pairing… Can’t wait to go back and try the fregola pescatore. Read more

This intimate authentic Italian restaurant has just 11 white tablecloth draped tables in the main dining room. A few more in the... bar area and outside, but we only make reservations for the main dining room which is decorated with authentic Sardinian decor. The waitstaff has remained the same for years and we are always remembered and greeted as though we are seeing old friends. The chef/owner Dino Carta bakes traditional Sardinian bread daily as well as all pastas /dishes are homemade. There are severaltraditional Sardinian meal selections on the menu as well as local fresh fish options, pasta, and some amazing mushroom dishes. I often order “Fettuccine ai funghi selvatici e pecorino fresco” / Fettuccine with wild mushrooms and fresh pecorino as itis one of my favorites , but I selected the Halibut, one of that evening fares which isn’t usually on the menu. (It wasamazing. The fish was delicate and flaky and the flavors subtle.) I added a side of pasta because I can’t pass up homemadepasta! Carlos had the “Paella di fregola con pesce misto e bottarga,” / Sardinian Paella with fregola, mixed seafood andbottarga which he said he won’t order again as he thought it was too rich as a main dish and was wishing he ordered one of histwo standards the Lasagne or the Chicken Milanese. We shared a bottle of Vermentino a Sicilian white wine somewhere between aPino Gregorio and a Chardonnay. It perfectly complemented our meal and a nice diversion from our usual Sauvignon Blanc. Weskipped dessert as we were celebrating his birthday and went home to eat cake on the dock! Read more

We got there 5 minutes before closing but we really wanted to check out the place since we heard a lot of good things about the... place, and let me tell you it’s all true! Food was amazing, Italian beer was great but our server Nenad was by far the bestpart of our evening. He took time to explain us everything and was very patient with all of our questions! Amazing service! Read more
