Worse customer service. Literally walked up to the window two young girls told me they couldn?t help me cause they were not... helping walk up customers cause they shutdown their walk up register and they are only doing drive through orders. This is theproblem when you have two teenage kids represent your company and are lazy and can?t walk 4 feet to us the register. Terribleand unacceptable customer service. Read more

The location was the worst I've been to. It smelled like sour fruit and dirty mop water. While I was ordering sugar ants crawled... on my hand... I noticed the counter was riddled with sugar ants. They gave me my smoothie, I left and found ant squished in thetop. I threw out my smoothie. Update: Round #2 I ordered a 20oz high coffee protein, no Almonds or almond milk. I had arewards coupon for $5 on the app and my credit card synced. The young male associate said "It didn't take your coupon". I showedhim the app showing the coupon and he repeated himself saying there was nothing he could do. My response, "I'm not paying $10for a 20oz smoothie". He said you can speak with my manager. The manager came out, no smile, no "How can I help you? Just ainconvenienced look and energy. I showed her my coupon. She said, "That's for the 20oz". My response, "I ordered a 20oz. Heprobably didn't hear me." "Do you have your credit card?" "No I gave it to my daughter for her trip." She then proceeded withthe transaction and began handing me money, No response or explanation. My response, "I prefer to not have cash". "Mam, no needto be rude". My response, "I'm not being rude. Neither you or him apologized and are coming across rude". She left and begansupporting the staff making smoothies. I had to request for my receipt of purchase and she gave me to original one folded nextto the register and walked away. As I wait for my smoothie, I hear the young man thank the customer ahead of me and told them tohave a nice day. When I received my smoothie he said, "Here you go". The manager noticed my reaction and chimed in to say, "Havea nice day". I am a loyal smoothie king customer and buy often. This experience was atrocious. With inflation, I can beselective on where and when I spend my money. I've was hospitality for years. Ive Been coming here for 3 years. Everytime I walk in im greeted with a smile. The store smells good and is always clean. ... They already know my order, and remember my name. I believe the managers name is Emylee?? She runs a very tight ship and leadsby example. Seems her staff all respects her for that. Very rare these days. Read more

They guy didn't even say 2 words to me before during or after I ordered, then just tossed my food bagged food items onto the... counter. Guy had a real attitude issue like I irritated him by coming in. Smoothie was great. Will not be coming back. Read more

Love this place. I never really used to like smoothie king. I think this one is very special. The employees there are so kind... and helpful. I think they can tell I have no idea what I want or what I should order, and they give really good suggestions. Ijust love this place. They make the smoothies just right, with the perfect balance of everything. I believe I usually see themanager or a supervisor when I come in. She?s great. Always patient with me and offers tasty suggestions. I?d rather come herethan get coffee. Thanks for the great service ???? Read more

I've been here twice now in the past week and the same employee was there both times wearing her mask below her nose (visited... Sat 1/2 at 4pm most recently). The other employee both times was wearing it correctly. Otherwise very friendly and efficient butI hope the manager follows up and makes sure they wear them properly. Read more
