Horrible experience ever!!!! If I could I would give ZERO star ????. After being ignored at least for five minutes I got an... honor to place my order which had nothing to do with my usual coffee. I will never use this location EVER again and I adviseother people to use any other locations BUT NOT THIS. Good luck to the owners who have these associates working for them, withthis type of service soon this place will be OUT OF BUSINESS. Very unsatisfied!!! ZERO ???? Read more

The rudest Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. Sour faced girl with long dark hair and green colored ends acted ridiculous... when I tried to tell her i thought the coffee was old or something was wrong. People who have been drinking coffee for 40 yearsknow what it's supposed to taste like, especially if 20 of those years have been at Starbucks. She really reacted badly andstarted saying "alright, alright I'll get you a new cup" with a tone that implied I was throwing a fit or something - which Iwas not. I tried to tell her what was wrong but she just kept cutting me off and saying "All right I SAID I would get you a newcup" I left with the disgusting cup I got but I'm truly irritated to have paid for it and mostly that I did not get a good cupof coffee I drove all the way here for. There was only one person working (Camila) this Friday afternoon. There was a long line, I didn't help much since I came in with... an order for my office. There was a guy in line huffing and puffing -- SO RUDE, but Camila was REALLY nice and sweet and VERY,VERY patient and remained calm. She was also fast (as fast as someone can be while working with HOT beverages and expensiveequipment). Thanks so much, Camila! The drinks were delicious and I will be coming back again! Read more

2 for nice people, but they don't know how to put the lids on the drinks. Another spill as a result of production carelessness.... At some point being nice doesn't make up for a failure of the product. Fixing it is easy and some of the local SBUX shops havefigured it out, but apparently Cattleman has some learning to do. I have now kept a tally over the last week or so and it'srunning almost 50/50 that there is an improperly applied lid. If the lid's sip hole is applied to the cup such that it lines upwith the seam, you run a very high risk of dribbling hot coffee down your chin and onto whatever you're wearing.
